The
play is set in the Doctors’ Common Room of St
Andrew’s Hospital, London, three days before Christmas. Dr David
Mortimore is rehearsing a speech which could lead to a Knighthood, when
in bursts an old flame, hotly pursued by her (their?) son, who in turn
is hotly pursued by the police.
A fast-paced hilarious farce featuring
7 male and 5 female characters of varying ages, the play will be
performed at the South Holland Centre, Spalding from Wednesday 19 to
Saturday 22 November 2008.
Rehearsals will initially be on Sunday evenings.
